Meg Stallard
Past Chair, UC Davis Foundation Board of Trustees

Meg Stallard has a long history of service to UC Davis. She is the past Chair of the UC Davis Foundation and Founding Chair of the School of Education’s Board of Advisors, and has served as President of the UC Davis Cal Aggie Alumni Association as well as co-Chair of the Davis Chancellor’s Club. Meg has also served on the Stakeholders Committee for the Center for the Arts campaign.

Meg is actively involved in the Yolo County community. She currently serves on the board of the Yolo County Visitors Bureau (YCVB) as well as the board of the Cache Creek Conservancy. She is also a member of the Yolo Community Foundation Board of Directors. Meg has served as a board member for the California School Boards Association, and is a past President of the Woodland Opera House Board of Trustees. Meg also served on the Woodland School Board of Trustees for thirteen years, five of which she served as President.

In 2004, the Stallards received the UC Davis Jerry W. Fielder Memorial Award to honor their service to the alumni association, the UC Davis Foundation and the university.

In 2011, Meg and Tom (’68, JD ’75) received the Charles Soderquist Award from the UC Davis Foundation. The Charles Soderquist Award is given “in recognition of exceptional volunteer leadership and support of philanthropy at UC Davis” and recognizes an individual or couple who have demonstrated exceptional volunteerism and leadership by advancing the mission and vision of UC Davis through the identification, cultivation, and stewardship of major donors; the establishment of a major fundraising program; personal giving; or a combination of these contributions.

Meg is an alumna of UC Davis, having earned a B.A. in International Studies.
