continues to be a dynamic part of the campus with both teaching

Environmental Sciences. CA&ES is recognized as a world

intensive-format classes, in-depth learning through certificate
programs, courses for credentials, and programs that will help
build bridges between student and teacher.
Mathematics and Science
Teaching Program at UC Davis (MAST) is part of the UC
Science and Mathematics Initiative. This program builds on
the long-standing partnership between the School of Education and
the departments of geology, chemistry, physics, mathematics and
the College of Biological Sciences to offer undergraduates
courses and classroom internship opportunities to explore middle
and high school math and science teaching careers. MAST’s mission
is to increase the number and quality of math and science
teachers.
The School is collaborating with the UC Davis MIND
