The Wheelhouse Team is thrilled to welcome you to the Advancing Leaders Institute!
Arrival and Hotel:
Address | The Luskin Conference Center and Hotel at UCLA | 425 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles 90095 | Check-In is at 4:00 pm.
The Luskin is conveniently located on the UCLA campus. We strongly recommend that you stay at the Luskin to take advantage of the beautiful setting, the informal networking opportunities and easy event access.
Departure: The last session will end by noon on Sunday, July 23rd; if your schedule allows, you may stay and enjoy a box lunch. Be sure to plan your travel so you can remain on site until 12:00 pm.
Institute Overview and Agenda:
Opening Reception and Dinner | July 20th, 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm | Courtyard South
At the reception, you will meet the other 2023 ALI participants and the 2023 Wheelhouse CEO Fellows. The reception will be followed by your first facilitated conversation and dinner.
Sessions July 21st – 23rd | Laureate Room & Legacy Room (see agenda)
Sessions on the morning of July 21st will be in the Laureate Room.
All other sessions will be in the Legacy Room.

Evening Event July 22nd - Optional Cocktail Hour 6:00 pm – Dinner 7:00 pm | Luskin Restaurant
On Saturday, you will have a fantastic dinner at Plateia - look forward to great conversation and getting to know fellow participants.
On Sunday, July 23rd, we will convene for a half-day of featured case studies, consultancy, and panel sessions. We will provide a to-go lunch.
