10. Degree Posted Transcripts

DEADLINE: June 30th

You will need to provide proof that you completed your BA/BS. If you submitted a degree-posted transcript when you applied for admission, then you met this requirement. If you are unsure, please email us at eduadvising@ucdavis.edu to verify if you have met this requirement.

  • Order one official degree-posted transcripts and send directly to the Office of Graduate Studies. You will receive an email from the Graduate Studies office detailing this process.
  • If you completed your undergrad at UCD, request transcripts from the registrar’s office online at: http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/html/transcripts.html
  • If you graduated at the end of Spring  – the Deadline is extended to August 31st
  • If you will not graduate by Spring – please contact the Student Services office immediately.
