Prior training and coursework in introductory statistics is suggested. However, if you do not have prior coursework in introductory statistics, you will be able to take introductory statistics as part of the program’s core methods courses. See our program curriculum to read more about our core methods requirement.
Note that meeting some or all of these criteria does not guarantee admission, but merely indicates eligibility.
In the program, students will need to complete (1) coursework (a minimum of 36 units) and (2) a comprehensive examination which consists of a capstone written exam and project.
