Supervisor of Teacher Education

UC Davis School of Education invites applications for the position of Supervisor of Teacher Education. This is expected to be a part-time, non-tenure track yearly appointment with potential for renewal on a year-by-year basis, as allowed per the UC-AFT Memorandum of Understanding. Appointment begins immediately.
Experience and qualifications relevant to the position of Supervisor of Teacher Education includes appropriate academic preparation and professional experience to supervise student teachers in classrooms for the Credential Program, experience in and knowledge of teaching and learning issues and current school contexts in California public schools, and connections to schools and teachers in the UC Davis area. A minimum of three years teaching experience in a K–12 classroom is required. At least one year of experience as a resident teacher is preferred.
