8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. – Continental Breakfast and Conversation
9:00 a.m. – 11:50 a.m. – Morning Sessions (all Faculty/Staff)
11:50 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – 2026 SOE Faculty and Staff Photo(s)
Wear your favorite SOE shirt for the picture!
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Boxed lunch served (options listed on below)
1:00 p.m. Staff and Non-Senate Faculty excused

Afternoon Session:

1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Senate Faculty Retreat (agenda to follow)
3:30 p.m. Senate Faculty travel to SOE for Fall Welcome

PLEASE NOTE: Parking will be tight, the parking lot is not available to us. We’ll need to park on the street or at the Mary L. Stephens-Davis Branch Library. You are encouraged to meet at the SOE Parking Lot and car pool over to the retreat!

The Farm Club: Roasted turkey, smashed avocado, applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, pickled red onions, mixed greens, herb aioli, on seeded honey whole wheat

Mario's Caprese (Veg): Fresh mozzarella, marinated red peppers, basil pesto, mixed greens, balsamic, on ciabatta

Vegan Banh Mi: Baked salt & pepper tofu, pickled daikon & Carrots, cucumber, jalepeno, Thai basil, cilantro, sweet chili sauce, vegan mayo, on ciabatta

Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada: Avocado, roasted corn, black beans, jicama, grape tomatoes, red onions, quinoa & millet, superfood krunchies, kale, romaine, cilantro, cotija, chipotle vinaigrette

Field of Greens Salad: Green apples, red onions, tomatoes, mixed greens, farmhouse vinaigrette
