This convening is tailored for California Community College CEOs who are serving rural students or communities.

Departure: The last session will end by 12:15 PM on April 8th, so please be sure to plan your travel so that you can remain on site until at least 12:15 PM.
Institute Overview and Agenda:
We will have a welcome reception, opening circle, and dinner, followed by a facilitated conversation with Joe Wyse, Superintendent/President Emeritus of Shasta College . The next two days will feature a range of sessions around navigating leadership challenges, economic partnerships, and fundraising in rural communities. Sessions are punctuated by good food, opportunities for walking, and informal conversations among peers.
