Graduation Cap and Gown Assistance Request

Please fill out the below form if you would like to be considered for our cap and gown financial assistance award. 

Awards from the fund are disbursed through an application and review process led by a committee of faculty and staff.

Please do not order your cap & gown until you find out if you have received an award. If you receive an award then you will not need to place your cap and gown order on-line. You will pick up in the store.  If you have already placed your order on-line, please let us know, and if you receive an award we will work to get you a refund, though not guaranteed.

Applications are due Thursday, April 18. Applications outside of the application period will not be reviewed
