Enjoy a morning with your SOE Colleagues and special guest speaker Lisa Laughter, Presenting Level Up Your Career: Unlocking UC Davis’ Learning & Development Power-Ups.
Lisa Laughter is a Senior Career Coach and motivational speaker with over 25 years of experience in academic advising and higher education administration. She began her career at Washington State University and later became the inaugural Career Coach at UC Davis and UC Davis Health.
Lisa’s passion for social change and empowerment is reflected in her presentations and workshops, where she promotes self-love, positive thinking, and intentional living. With a BA in Communication and an MA in Education, she remains dedicated to fostering resilience, self-care, and authentic connections. For more information follow Lisa on Linkedin.
