Welcome to the 2023 Advancing Leaders Institute, hosted by Wheelhouse at UC Davis!

Arrival: Wheelhouse has reserved a block of rooms for Wednesday, November 29th – Friday, December 1st. We will email you a link to reserve your room. Contact Hilary Strain @ hstrain@ucdavis.edu if you need the link to reserve your room. We ask that everyone complete their reservations by October 29th in order to receive the UC discount rate.
The Hyatt Place is conveniently located on the UC Davis campus and is within walking distance of Wheelhouse events and downtown Davis. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
Departure: The last session will end by 12:00 pm on December 1st; if your schedule allows, please stay and enjoy a box lunch on site.
Institute Overview and Agenda:
Opening Reception, Dinner, Opening Circle |Wednesday, November 29th, 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM | UC Davis Conference Center
We will have an opening reception, followed by a facilitated circle and dinner.
The next day and a half will feature a range of sessions around adaptive and strategic leadership, self-care, and learning from elders and colleagues. Sessions are punctuated by good food, opportunities for walking, and informal conversations among peers.
