Goals of Systems Transformation Collaborative

The Systems Transformation Collaborative aims to do the following over the three years of the project:

• Increase district capacity to focus on instructional improvement and student assessment, resulting in increased student achievement in all schools in the district.
• Establish opportunities for districts to learn from each other.
• Establish conditions for sustainable school improvement.

Project Team

Michael Fullan – Author, consultant, advisor, former Dean of The University of Toronto Professor Emeritus.

Joanne Quinn – former Superintendent, Special Advisor on International Projects U of Toronto, advisor to Ministry of Education, author and consultant.

Eleanor Adam – former Superintendent, Principal, Special Education consultant, author and consultant.

Ben Levin – former Deputy Minister of Education for Ontario and Manitoba, Professor and policy advisor.

Nancy Watson – researcher, former senior researcher on the Royal commission on Learning.
