How Sure Are You: Science, Biostatistics, and Cancer Education (SBCE)

This curriculum, being developed by staff at the Center for Biophotonics, Science, and Technology at UC Davis includes three web-based teaching modules for secondary math and science classes using data-rich cancer education resources. The web-based teaching modules are designed to help students learn how to make evidence-based arguments and inform their health decisions while developing knowledge of clinical trials, population disparities in cancer research and cancer prevention, and developing an awareness of under-representation in clinical trials and STEM  careers.
