Monterey Bay Aquarium

The Monterey Bay Aquarium is one of the premier examples of the blend of privately supported research and a public venue for sharing research results. Young Scholars traveled to the MBA and spent the morning learning about the ecology of the Monterey Bay and surrounding shoreline ecosystems. The day concluded with a chance for participants to visit historic Monterey and the always ecclectic Monterey Fisherman’s Warf.
