Theresa Westover, PhD, Director, brings to the
Center over 30 years of experience in conducting program
evaluations, teaching graduate level research and evaluation
methods, and working in research and evaluation capacities for
state and local government agencies.

Michele Hamilton, EdD brings over 15 years of
experience in K-12 education as a teacher, administrator and
after school literacy director. Her research interests include
school climate, restorative justice and positive approaches to
school discipline.

Francisco Herrera, Ph.D, brings both
qualitative and quantitative data analysis expertise to the
CEES team, and research experience in the areas of language and
cognitive development in typical and atypical children,
including bilingual and multilingual children; and language and
literacy assessment of English-only and English Language
Learners.

Amy Smith, Ph.D, brings a research interest in
Special Education and extensive experience in multivariate
statistical analysis.
