We appreciate your interest in the PhD program offered by the
Graduate Group in Education at the University of California
Davis. Our faculty members represent a range of academic
disciplines and approach research from a variety of perspectives.
We welcome students who reflect this diversity in their academic
preparation and work experiences. We require students to learn
about different research methodologies, both quantitative and
qualitative so that they can grapple with the complex issues
facing schools today.
First Priority and Fellowship/Funding Deadline: JANUARY
2nd.
Priority consideration will be given to those applicants who
submit ALL materials by JANUARY 2nd. We strongly recommend all
applicants meet the Priority deadline, as these applicants will
also be considered for fellowships, block grant awards and other
funding opportunities.
