Lisa Danielson

Lisa is the Director of Educator Effectiveness for El Dorado County Office of Education, and is currently working with the CDE on a project designed to enhance systems for developing Educator Effectiveness as outlined in Greatness by Design. She also provides support and skills as an educator and consultant by presenting workshops and seminars on learning-focused conversations for mentoring and supervision and facilitating collaborative groups, and professional learning designs.
