Taylor Ferdinandsen

Taylor Ferdinandsen is a lecturer in the School of Education and the supervisor of the Single-Subject English Language Arts Credential Program. She undertakes this role after teaching English and ELD for seven years at Vacaville High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree in English from Santa Clara University, and a Master’s in Education at UC Davis. For the past six years, she has worked and published with the Teachers as Learners Project, a grant program that aims to research the learning of pre-service teachers in order to help them engage students with equitable discussions in the classroom.
