Collaborations and Partners
The Sacramento Area Science Project regularly partners with other UC Davis centers within the School of Education and in other colleges. At right you’ll find links to our most common partners’s websites.
As a lead regional site for the California Science Project in cross-disciplinary collaboration, SASP has partnered to provide workshops and institutes exploring environmental justice (CA History-Social Science Project), instructional leadership (CHSSP, CA Reading and Literature Project at UC Davis, UCD Math Project), and centering stewardship of the Wintun Homelands in elementary classrooms (CHSSP, Cache Creek Conservancy, Wintun cultural practitioners).
We also work closely with the Center for Community and Citizen Science where projects and interests overlap.
SASP’s former offices at CSU Sacramento (“Sac State”) were staffed in collaboration with MASE, which now houses the Math Project at CSUS.
Check out the links at right to find out more about our partners, what they are working on, and any workshop offerings of interest.
