Stewardship of the Wintun/Patwin Homelands is holding a transformative 4-day teacher institute focused on the history, culture, and knowledge of the Wintun/Patwin homeland, open to 3rd and 4th grade teachers in Yolo/Solano/Colusa Counties. Facilitated by leaders from Save California Salmon, Yocha Dehe, Cache Creek Conservancy, and more, this program will empower educators with the skills and confidence to implement respectful and engaging classroom lessons centered on the Wintun/Patwin people.
