Ân Tạ is a doctoral student in the CANDEL program with over 15 years of experience advancing equity-centered initiatives across K–12, adult education, higher education systems, and communities. His research focuses on collaborative, community-led strategies to address complex social challenges and empower historically underserved populations to lead transformative change. As Program Administrator for Career Preparation and Adult Education at the Yolo County Office of Education, Ân leads cross-sector efforts to design programs that promote inter- and intragenerational health, wealth, and opportunity for Transition Age Youth and their families. His current work includes developing regional apprenticeship pathway programs, expanding access to no-cost Social Work & Human Services certificates, and launching Yolo.Gladeo.org, a digital career and education navigation platform for youth and adult learners.
