Michelle Kreuzer-Moore

Michelle Kreuzer-Moore, MBA, serves as the assistant dean of Student and Academic Affairs at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education (CPE). With more than 25 years in higher education across public, private, nonprofit, and for-profit settings, she specializes in serving adult and nontraditional learners. At CPE, Kreuzer-Moore leads multiyear strategy in learning innovation, instructional design, enrollment management, new program development, digital marketing, alumni engagement, and learner support. She provides strategic leadership across this portfolio to advance organizational excellence and deliver student-centered outcomes. A visual thinker and bridge-builder, Kreuzer-Moore is known for relentless, optimistic execution and for translating complex plans into clear, shareable narratives that expand flexible, online pathways for under-served populations.

Kreuzer-Moore’s research focuses on flexible learning modalities, financial literacy, and leadership. Passionate about equity and access, she has led initiatives to build community partnerships, expand funding opportunities, and advocate for policy reform. A licensed pilot, she also brings cockpit-level discipline and clarity to her leadership.
