How to Make a Bubble Blower – A Fun Summer DYI Project
Join Professor Lee Martin as he demonstrates how to make this great DIY bubble blower that can be made from using DC motor and household materials.
Step 1: Make a bubble wand out of pipe cleaners. Use dish soap and water for making bubble juice.
Step 2: Tape the motor on to any base you want (popsicle sticks, cardboard)
Step 3: Put the propeller on the motor.
Step 4: Tape the an AA battery onto the base. Connect each end of the wires to the ends of the battery. This will turn on the motor and make the propeller spin.
Step 5: Hold out the bubble wand in front of the propeller. The automatic bubble blower is complete.
Now you have a Bubble Blower!
Here are some questions to think about.
1. How can you build a switch to turn on/off the blower?
2. How can you move the bubble wand move in and out of the solution?
3. Can you make other things with the same supplies? We hope you enjoyed this project!
