Arrival and Hotel:
Venue: UCLA Meyer and Renee Luskin Conference Center | 425 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90095 | (855) 522-8252 | Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Hotel Reservation: Wheelhouse has reserved a block of rooms July 22nd – July 25th. Here is the link to reserve your room. We ask that everyone complete their reservations by April 15th to receive the UC discount rate.
Parking: Self-parking is available underneath the Luskin Conference Center and in UCLA Parking Structure 8, Level 4, directly across the street from the center. There is a convenient pedestrian bridge connecting Parking Structure 8 (on Level 3) to the Luskin Conference Center property. There is a daily fee to park in either location. Get Luskin Conference Center directions and parking information.
Opening Evening: Please arrive in time for the 5:15 PM welcome reception followed by dinner and the opening circle.
Departure: The last session will end by 11:15 AM on July 25th, so please be sure to plan your travel so that you can remain on site until at least 11:15 AM.
If you registered for the optional post-convening pilot program, please plan to stay until 5:00 PM on July 25th.
