The Contracts and Grants unit is responsible for the coordination and administration of extramurally funded contracts and grant. This unit’s responsibility includes:

• Providing advice and coordination relative to research proposals to extramural sponsors.
• Post-award management, business contract management for procured services, and fiduciary compliance assurance is provided for day-to-day business related to these extramural funds.
• Providing advice and coordination of the Human Subject Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions.
