Overview

The responsibilities of the Facilities unit include space planning and implementation, facilities maintenance and repair, telecommunications, and copier oversight:

  • Works in conjunction with campus space planners to accommodate the space needs for the School of Education as a whole, including faculty, staff, and instruction
  • Receives all requests for repair/maintenance of all buildings and facilities assigned to the School of Education
  • Maintains telecommunications for all School of Education faculty and staff, including land telephone lines, cell phone service, and fax lines
  • Oversees all copier needs and maintenance
