Reading Clinic Enrolling Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Help researchers learn how to improve children's reading comprehension

Do you or someone you know have a child with an autism spectrum disorder who also struggles with reading comprehension difficulties? The UC Davis School of Education would like to enroll children in our new Reading and Academic Development Center for a brief reading comprehension intervention tailored for children with ASD who are between 7-11 years old.

Students will work in small after-school groups with trained reading tutors three times per week for 10 weeks at the Reading and Academic Development Center on the UC Davis campus. Participants will receive gift-card compensation for completing the entire session.

To participate, fill out the online application form, or contact the Reading and Academic Development Center at ucdradcenter@gmail.com with questions. Please help us spread the word about this great program!
