The UC Davis School of Education is ranked 32nd in the nation for 2023 out of 274 education schools, according to rankings released by U.S. News & World Report.
This year’s ranking is up five from last year’s placement, and puts the School of Education into the top 12% of all schools and among the top 22 public schools of education in the country.
“This year’s ranking reflects the growth in the School of Education’s research expertise and success with external funding,” said Dean Lauren E. Lindstrom. “Our School continues to have an increasing impact on the field of education and education policy.”
The School of Education, founded in 2002, entered the U.S. News & World Report rankings in 2008 at 68th.
