11. Degree Posted Transcripts

Submit by August 31st

You will need to provide proof that you completed your BA/BS. If you submitted a degree-posted transcript when you applied for admission, then you met this requirement. If you are unsure, please email us at eduadvising@ucdavis.edu to verify if you have met this requirement.

  • Order one official degree-posted transcript and send directly to the Office of Graduate Studies. You will receive an email from the Graduate Studies office detailing this process.
  • If you completed your undergraduate degree at UC Davis, request transcripts from the registrar’s office online.
  • If you will not graduate by Spring, please contact the Student Services office immediately.
