5. Statement of Intent to Register (SIR)
DEADLINE: April 15th*
If you receive your offer of admission after April 1st, please submit your SIR within 30 days of that offer.
Completing your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) lets the School of Education and Graduate Studies know that you will attend the incoming credential program at UC Davis starting in August. It also allows you to continue the process of getting ready for the credential year—you can’t register for classes or get your student ID card until you’ve submitted your SIR.
Please see the email sent to you by Graduate Studies for instructions on how to submit your SIR. Please note that the email refers to attending Special Summer Session—this is correct. You will start in early August.
