7. Official Transcript Submission
DEADLINE: As soon as offered admission
Applicants who are offered admission to the program will be required to send official paper copies of their transcripts or academic records to UC Davis Graduate Studies. Graduate Studies will provide one (1) official copy of UC Davis transcripts for admissions for current students and alumni of UC Davis. This does not include courses taken at Continuing & Professional Education (formerly known as UC Davis Extension).
This is a required step for accepting the admission offer. If you are admitted, you will be provided by Graduate Studies with detailed instructions regarding where to send your records and what specific documents are required. Once received on campus, please allow 5-10 business days for processing of paper transcripts. For more information please refer to this link: Transcript Requirements for New Admits.
It is the student responsibility to notify Student Services if there is any change in graduation plans. All students must graduate no later than spring before the Credential program begins in summer. Please contact Student Services with any questions at: eduadvising@ucdavis.edu.
Graduate Studies also accepts official e-transcripts from US schools. Official e-transcripts must be sent to gradadmit@ucdavis.edu.
Questions should be directed to Graduate Studies: gradadmit@ucdavis.edu
