Overview

Do we need to wear masks or be vaccinated to attend?

No. There are no longer restrictions on events or expectations for visitors or volunteers.

Tickets and Seating

Students may reserve tickets for the School of Education graduation by registering to participate in the ceremony by April 23. All guests, including infants, must have a ticket to enter the Mondavi Center. Seating is general admission. Tickets are not available to the general public and can only be obtained from a graduating student. See more information about ticket and other deadlines here.

Parking and Directions

Beginning at 2 pm, free parking is available across the street from the Mondavi Center in the Gateway Parking Structure, Visitor Parking 1 and Visitor Parking 2. Detailed information about directions, parking and accessibility is available on the Mondavi Center Parking & Directions page.

Guest Access to Mondavi Center

The Mondavi Center lobby will open at 3 p.m. for guests. No restroom facilities are available until the doors open. Doors to Jackson Hall, where the ceremony takes place, open at 3:30 p.m. for seating.

Only graduates will be permitted to enter the Mondavi Center prior to 3 p.m.

The procession will begin at 4 p.m. Guests will not be seated five minutes prior to the ceremony or during the processional.

We expect the ceremony to last approximately 2 hours.

The livestream will available on Vimeo for viewing during the ceremony, and a recording will be available afterwards as well.
