The Wheelhouse Research Collaboration Council (RCC) was formed in
2022 to help shape and advise our ongoing research into
enrollment impacts and recovery strategies during the COVID-19
pandemic and its aftermath. This work is supported by $3.6
million from the U.S. Institute for Education Sciences for the
three-year Wheelhouse/CA Education Lab project
titled Evidence
to Inform Improvement: Supporting California Community Colleges
in Pandemic Recovery.
